The French photonics sector is booming. It requires the recruitment of new talent across a wide range of application areas and at all skill levels.
All stakeholders in the photonics sector – whether companies, educational institutions or training organisations – are working to raise awareness of photonics, enhance their appeal and encourage future recruits to join them.
The Employment and Training Commission brings together all these initiatives to agree on joint actions and improve the training provision.
