Every six months, Photonics France provides experts in the photonics sector with an economic barometer highlighting key figures on the industry’s performance.
Photonics Barometer
The economic barometer, produced by Photonics France, provides a clear picture of the current state of the French market to help guide your business strategies.
It is compiled from the results of a biannual survey sent to companies in the photonics sector, whether or not you are a member of the federation.
Review of the current semester
The economic barometer is divided into two parts:
- a review of the semester past,
- forecasts for the coming semester
The full report (review and forecasts) is available exclusively to members of Photonics France and to those who responded to the survey.

To ensure the results are more representative, we hope as many of you as possible will take part in the upcoming surveys!
It only takes a few minutes to complete. We are asking for general trends, not precise figures.
Once each half-yearly survey closes, the economic barometer is distributed first to respondents and members.
