Innopsys est une PME innovante spécialisée dans la fabrication de scanners à fluorescence destinés aux laboratoires de biologie. Depuis 1999, elle met son expérience et son savoir-faire, alliant optique, mécanique et électronique, au service de l’instrumentation biologique.
Située à Carbonne, en région toulousaine, la société est devenue leader du marché mondial des scanners de biopuces (microarray) avec la gamme InnoScan. Depuis 2024, elle a élargi sa gamme en proposant aussi un scanner de lames spécialisé dans l’acquisition d’images de tissus biologiques en fluorescence, InnoQuant. Tous les produits du catalogue Innopsys sont le résultat d’un travail de recherche et développement effectué en interne, 30% du chiffre d’affaires étant reversé à la R&D.
Innopsys réalise la majorité de son chiffre d’affaires à l’export, grâce à une division à Chicago et une représentation locale à Shanghai et à Milan. Un fort réseau de distribution spécialisée en instrumentation pour les laboratoires de biologie vient renforcer la présence internationale de la société.
Innopsys is an innovative SME specialising in the manufacturing of fluorescence scanners for biological laboratories. Since 1999, it has been leveraging its experience and expertise – combining optics, mechanics and electronics – to develop biological instrumentation.
Based in Carbonne, in the Toulouse region, the company has become the global market leader in microarray scanners with its InnoScan range. Since 2024, it has expanded its range to include InnoQuant, a slide scanner specialised in acquiring fluorescence images of biological tissues. All products in the Innopsys catalogue are the result of in-house research and development, with 15 per cent of turnover reinvested in R&D. The company also works in partnership with diagnostic firms and supplies its fluorescence scanner solutions on an OEM basis.
Innopsys generates the majority of its turnover from exports, thanks to a subsidiary in Chicago and local representative offices in Shanghai and Milan. A strong distribution network specialising in instrumentation for biology laboratories further strengthens the company’s international presence.
